My husband and I recently moved to Williamsburg from the San Francisco Bay Area to be closer to my folks in Ashfield and were lucky enough to be referred to Julie as we started thinking about our search for homes. As you can imagine, trying to find a house 3,000 miles away can be daunting!

We hadn’t even started the pre-approval process because we were so tied up selling our CA home, but that was never an issue with Julie in our corner. She connected us with a local bank, and we got the pre-approval and offer done in less than a week. Spoiler alert - we got the house (without ever having set foot inside)! When we walked into our new home for the first time, we were over the moon—the house is magical and completely exceeded our expectations. We fully trusted Julie’s insights and advice on how to proceed and are thrilled with the results.
