We have used Julie for our realtor needs since 2018. She has been our realtor in selling two properties and purchasing two properties. She has also patiently helped us look at many dozens of properties (perhaps over a hundred) in Northampton during this time. I underscore patience because there were times when we were being uncertain and changing our minds and she patiently advised us and followed our bidding. When it was time to sell, she was our adviser helping us find needed contractors, a huge help, and made sure there were no missteps along the way. Her pricing recommendations were well researched and resulted in successful sales. She was the same way with our purchases. She is available, friendly, communicative, and frank. We will use her again.
