Locally owned and operated, Five College Realtors® was founded in 2014 in Amherst, MA by Greg Haughton, Christine Lau, Sally Malsch and Cindy Owens who were seeking an alternative approach to a traditional brokerage. Their goal has always been to foster a culture of collegial partnership and collaboration among agents and believe this esprit de corps benefits everyone! The group was quickly joined by Jacqueline Zuzgo as well as other top Realtors® in the area, and expanded into a second location in Northampton, MA in 2016.
In 2023 Five College Realtors® experienced another banner year as the top producing real estate brokerage in Hampshire and Franklin Counties. Our team of 17 knowledgeable, veteran agents has consistently been at the forefront in service to clients as proven by our productivity per agent and by our record of repeat business.
We not only serve clients in our own communities of the Pioneer Valley Massachusetts, but also worldwide. Due to our extensive internet marketing and far-reaching networks, we represent those relocating to our region from around the world as well as local clients, guiding them through the process of buying and selling all types of residential and commercial real estate.
As a group we remain passionately dedicated to serving each client's individual needs , while protecting their vital interests.
