Aisjah Flynn, REALTOR®, has been actively working in real estate since year 2000. Prior to working in real estate, Aisjah had been working as a buyer for garment industries and marketing consultant for her family business. She covered vast territories in Japan, Hong Kong, China, India & Europe. This extensive travel offered her insight into the diversity of foreign cultures and invaluable work experiences. This international exposure inevitably led to the development of a diverse clientele on both ends of buying and selling.
Aisjah moved to Northampton in 1985 with her husband who is a native of Northampton. She loves the valley lifestyle with its universities, cultural, recreational opportunities, award winning schools and diverse business. She has abundant local resources and works hard at assisting diverse clients in buying & selling their homes with integrity and extraordinary customer care.
She uses the internet as an integral tool to market properties and work hard as a guide, advocate and representative to buyers and sellers of single family, condominiums, multi-family homes, income properties, land and new-construction in the 5 college area of Hampshire & Franklin County. She will look out for your best interest and help you achieve your goals.

What is your motto? We are shaped by our thoughts, we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy will follow.
How do you measure success? For me, success is all around even for everyone. If I can help a client find the perfect home, guide them through the process with ease, and leave them feeling happy and confident, that is a win.
What do you do to relax? I love to take long walks, preferably somewhere quiet and scenic. There’s something about fresh air and movement that helps clear my mind. A good red wine and a funny movie does not hurt either.
What do you consider your greatest achievement? Helping first time homebuyer navigate a challenging market and finally land their dream home / Seeing their excitement and relief at closing day reminded me why I do what I do.
If someone asked you for advice on getting into business, what advice would you tell them? Relationship matter more than transactions. Take time to build trust, be genuine, and always prioritize your clients’ best interests. The business will follow.
What are your favorite parts about living in the Five College Area? The mix of culture, history and community. There is always something happening - great restaurants, museums, outdoor spots to explore.
What are you currently streaming / watching? Slow Horses. It is a blend of dark English humor, compelling dialogue and characters with a spy thriller narrative.
Did you have a turning point in your life or career? Yes, when I realized that real estate is not just about properties. It’s about people. Once I shifted my mindsets to truly understanding my client’s needs, everything changed.
What do you like best about being in real estate? Every day is different, and every client has a unique story. I love being a guide in one of the biggest decisions of someone’s life and making the process as smooth as possible.
What are some of your favorite movies or shows? The Devil Wears Prada.
What is your favorite musician / band? I am a fan of Steely Dan. Their music is timeless and Aja is still one of the best album ever made.
